This belt is used in Hoover Wind Tunnel and Hoover Mach 5 Model vacuums that are "Self Propelled". The larger and flatter 38528-035 belt goes around the spinning brush roll for dirt removal. This belt should be purchased and changed with the 034 belt that helps the "self-propelled" drive train.
