*All orders may be subject to further screening if suspected of fraud. If an order is flagged as fraud, please allow up to 1-2 Business Days for review. Upon denial, orders will be cancelled and refunded in full. Upon approval, orders will be shipped via the method stated on the product page, or the method specified via the customer.
Orders over $150 will be sent via signature upon delivery with the shipping carrier we have chosen. This is to prevent crime and theft upon delivery as Vacuum Cleaner Market is not responsible for theft of goods after delivery. If you would like to request the signature upon delivery to be waived, or you would like to have your order shipped to a differernt address, we require the purchaser to contact us directly to make these changes. If you would also like to request delivery upon a certain day, we are more than happy to hold your item and coordinate a delivery date that works best for your schedule. Please contact us directly to make any of these changes to your order either via Phone or Email.

Promotional shipping method will be used according to the zone charts for the selected provider. For instance if the customer is located in Zone 1 from one of our warehouses, UPS guarantees next day delivery for standard ground. This means that all promotional shipping vacuum cleaners may not be shipped with overnight or second day delivery, but we do guarantee the delivery time will meet the shipping promotion (barring carrier service delay).
As part of our buyer protection we will automatically send vacuum and appliance shipments valuing $100 and above with "signature required" upon delivery. If you wish to have your order delivered without "signature required" please call 781-849-9700. Provide your order # and name so we can identify your shipment and remove the "signature required" feature. Removing shipping delivery signatures will need to be done prior to shipment.
Orders received after this time may ship out the next day. We will make our best attempt to process these shipments the same day as received, however we cannot guarantee it.
Promotional Shipping Methods:
Discount Codes: Monetary discount codes void any promotional shipping methods. If you choose to apply a discount code to your order, your item/items will be shipped via a ground shipping method. If you choose to apply a monetary discount code to your order, this will also void any site promotional offers, such as free promotional site coupons applied to your order.
