We recommend replacing your HEPA filter every 1-1.5 years to ensure that the air released back into your home from your vacuum is always filtered to the highest possible level.
Replacing the HEPA Media Filter:
1. Remove the dust cup from the vacuum by pressing the upper dust cup release button on top of the dust cup
2. Push up on the dust cup over latch. Remove the HEPA media filter by grasping the top of the filter and pulling straight up.
3. Replace with a new filter.
4. Close the dust cup cover until it latches.
5. Replace the dust cup onto the vacuum.
