Can this grill covered with a grill mat be used as a flat top griddle?
- This model is specifically for grilling, and if a flat top is desired we recommend looking at our griddle options.
Is it okay to spray a little bit of Pam before grilling?
- Spray oils are not recommended on the grill. They can tend to make the surface tacky and hard to clean. There is a non-stick finish to the grill but if you wish, you may add a bit of vegetable oil or olive oil to the grill.
