How do I clean and maintain the accessories?
- The mixing paddle and dough hook are top rack dishwasher safe but can also washed by hand and dry thoroughly. The chef’s whisk must be washed by hand. For the bowl, wash by hand and dry thoroughly or put in dishwasher. Never use a wire brush, steel wool or bleach.
Is it possible to adjust the height of the bowl or the height of the hook?
- Yes, you can adjust the height of the mixing accessories. Tilt the head back and you will see a screw located in the hinge recess. Back it out a little and it will raise the head, creating more space between the mixing accessory and bowl bottom. Screw it in and it lower the head, getting the accessory closer to the bottom.
